Delivery and shippingAll our floral boxes includes delivery to Sydney CBD only, postcode 2000-2010. We delivery up to 20km from Sydney CBD with a delivery charge of $20. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your nominated address, please contact us prior to purchase. Delivery on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day incurs delivery charge of $25 Delivery times are 10am-4pm. If delivery location is not attended at the time of delivery, Floral Box will be left at a place deemed safe by the delivery staff, Blooming Box and Co will not be responsible for damage caused. If our team cannot find a safe place or cannot access the delivery address (e.g. cannot enter an apartment building), the Floral Box will be returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery will need to be schedule at a cost of $10.

Returns and RefundsWe do not accept returns or refunds.

Do I need to water my Floral Box or place them in a vase?Our Floral Box are made to be displayed as-is, there is no need to re-arrange flowers into a vase or to add water to the arrangement.

Can I add my a gift of my choice to the Floral Box?If you would like to add your own gift, our team can purchase for you at the retail price and add it to the invoice. Items are subject to approval by Blooming Box and Co. Please note that it will require 72 hours notice. Once delivery is confirmed, items cannot be added. Examples of popular gifts includes lipsticks, hand cream and nail polish!
